Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der schönen Casa Julia sehr genossen und uns sehr erholt. Die interessantesten Entdeckungen waren in der näheren Umgebung zu finden, wie z.B. Treia, Cingoli, Jesi, Loreto, Osima and ganz klar Le Grotte die Frassassi. Die wunderschön erhaltenen kleinen alten Städtchen auf den Hügeln mit den alten und gut erhaltenen Stadtmauern, die sehr netten und freundlichen Menschen, die nicht vom Massentourismus betroffen sind und die niedrigen Preise in Restaurants und Supermärkten haben uns positiv überrascht. Insgesamt, sehr schöner Urlaub mit vielen neuen Erfahrungen.
Wir möchten uns nochmals dafür bedanken, daß wir Gäste sein in eurem Haus durften. Und wir denken schon darüber nach, es für das nächste Jahr wieder zu buchen.
We had exciting and relaxing time in your beautiful Casa Julia. The most interesting and undiscovered areas have been nearby in Treia, Cingoli, Jesi, Loreto, Osima and of course Le Grotte di Frassassi. It is amazing to see the old small towns on hills with old walls, the very friendly people completely unaffected by mass tourism and the low prices of the restaurants and supermarkets. So, overall a very beautiful holiday with new experiences.
We want to thank you for the opportunity to be guests in your house, and we are already thinking of probably booking again next year.

Unser Urlaub war toll. Das Haus ist sehr schön geräumig und die Küche mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, als ein Ort zur Entspannung.

Wir (zwei Familien mit Kindern 10 bis 13) hatten sehr entspannende Ferien in Casa Julia. Wir genossen besonders den Pool, durch den die Entfernung zum Meer (1 h) kein Nachteil ist. Die Küche ist wirklich gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Aussicht in die märkische Landschaft ist toll. Wir konnten das ursprüngliche Italien in den kleinen Städten in der Nähe erleben, in denen man kaum Touristen trifft. Unser Geheimtipp: Eine Wanderung vom unberührten Bergdorf Elcito auf den Monte Vicini.
We (two families with children 10 to 13 years) had a very relaxing time at Casa Julia. We enjoyed the pool especially and didn't miss the sea which isn't very close (1 hour). We found the equipment in the kitchen very complete and of high quality. The views and the landscape of Marche are fantastic. We experienced the authentic Italy in the small towns nearby and you hardly meet any tourists. Our insider's tip: A hiking tour from the unspoiled mountain village Elcito on the Monte Vicini.

Wir (drei Familien) waren für zwei Wochen Gäste im Landhaus Casa Julia und verbrachten hier sehr erholsame und erlebnisreiche Ferien.
Casa Julia hat einen rustikalen Charme, bietet aber dennoch gewissen Komfort (4 Bäder mit WC, Spül- u. Waschmaschine, Hifianlage, Sat-TV, Pool, Mikrowelle etc.), eine bestens ausgestattete Küche, ausreichend Platz für 10 – 12 Personen und liegt abseits von größeren Straßen, in einer herrlicher Alleinlage inmitten der sanften Hügellandschaft der Marken. Der große Garten ist ideal zum Spielen für große und kleine Kinder, der Swimmingpool ebenso ein Anziehungspunkt für eine Erfrischung an heißen Tagen.
Man kann hier die Ruhe und Natur des vom Tourismus noch weitgehend unverfälschten Hinterlandes genießen, die für die Region typischen Städte auf den Hügelspitzen besuchen oder einen Ausflug an die Küste machen, die mit dem Auto ca. eine Fahrstunde entfernt ist. In ähnlicher Entfernung sind die größten europäischen Grotten in Frasassi zu bestaunen, deren Besuch sich z. B. an einem Regentag anbietet. Die Kinder waren auch sehr angetan von dem nahegelegenen Erlebnisbad, das verschiedene Rutschen, Planschbecken, ein Sportbecken und eine großzügige Badelandschaft in einer schattigen Grünanlage zu bieten hat.
Bei eventuellen Problemen oder Fragen steht der ausgesprochen nette englische Hausverwalter (Mr. Ormerod) hilfreich und schnell zur Verfügung. Insgesamt lassen sich die Ferien in Casa Julia sehr abwechslungsreich verbringen, sodass man gerne wieder kommt. Hier kann man die Blicke in die Ferne schweifen und die Seele baumeln lassen!
We (three families) stayed in Casa Julia for two weeks and had very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Casa Julia has a rustic charm, but with all the comforts of home (4 bathrooms with toilet and shower, washing machine, Hi-fi, satellite TV, pool, microwave etc.), a fully equipped kitchen, ample space for 10-12 persons and located away from major roads, in an exclusive location amidst the beautiful rolling hills of Le Marche. The large garden is ideal for small and big children to play in and the swimming pool as a major attraction for cooling off on the many hot days.
You can savour the tranquility and natural landscape of a region still untouched by tourism or visit one of the many hilltop towns or take a trip to the coast, which is about an hour's drive away. A similar distance away are the largest caves in Europe at Frasassi which is a great idea for a rainy day. The children also enjoyed the nearby Water Park with it's many slides, paddling pool, sports pool and swimming pool.
Should you have any problems or questions, there is a nice English property manager (Mr. Ormerod) who is very helpful and quickly on hand. We were able to spend our holiday at Casa Julia doing many different things and we would all like to come back again. Here you can gaze into the distance and the ponder the meaning of life!

A very enjoyable holiday in beautiful countryside, we enjoyed the local facilities and also took the train to Rome for three days. Train travel is extremely cheap and easy to arrange locally. The coast is also within the local area.

Thank you, we really enjoyed the week in Italy, although it was very hot (about 35 degrees) for some days.
We were also comfortable with 'Casa Julia', it is a really very nice house in a very nice area.

Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub. Wir waren alle nach unserer Ankunft sofort in Urlaubsstimmung und konnten entspannen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ihr Haus ist wirklich sehr schön.
Wir würden gerne einmal wieder Urlaub in ihrem Freienhaus machen. (vielleicht auch länger).
