Terms & Conditions
1. Booking
Please contact us to confirm availability. Once availability is established to confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is payable within 5 days. On receipt of the deposit we will send you booking confirmation which establishes our contract with you. We ask you to fully check this confirmation on receipt as it is your responsibility to advise us of any inaccuracies.
2. Payment
To confirm a booking, as stated above, a deposit of 20% of the total price is payable. The total price payable will include your weekly rental, damage deposit, change-over clean and any additional items. The balance must then be paid a minimum of 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation after this date will result in the loss of the whole amount paid.
For bookings less than 8 weeks before departure the full amount must be paid on booking.
3. Cancellation of Booking
Cancellation will only be accepted in writing either by e-mail or fax
4. Alterations to Booking
Should you wish to alter your booking we will always endeavour to accommodate your request, however, each alteration is subject to an administration charge of £100 (GBP)
5. Damage Deposit
In addition to the payment above a damage deposit of €300 must be paid which is repayable within 14 days of your return home to enable time for the inventory to be fully checked over.
6. Damage or Injury
We do not accept liability for damage to person or property.
Children should never be left unattended in or near the swimming pool.
7. Care of Property
You are responsible for leaving the holiday villa in the same state of cleanliness and repair as found on arrival. Any loss or damage to the property or fixtures and fittings caused by you will be deducted from your deposit. A change-over clean is carried out on the morning of your departure at a cost of €150 which is included in the payment.
8. Incidentals
· Your holiday runs Saturday to Saturday arriving from 3.00 p.m. and on departure day the villa must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. to enable cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
· The cost of electricity and cooking gas is included in the cost of your holiday.
· Bed linen can be provided at a cost of €15 per person per week and needs to be booked and paid for in accordance with the payment terms above.
· Heating is not included.
· Towels can be provided at a cost of €5 per person per week and needs to be booked and paid for in accordance with the payment terms above.
· Your beds will be made up ready for your arrival unless you have opted to use your own bed linen.
· Calls to the Property Manager on any matter other than to do with the villa will incur a charge of €20 per hour for his attendance, which is payable directly to the Property Manager.
9. Complaints
In the unlikely event of any problems during your stay pertaining to the property, please report it immediately to the Property Manager who will endeavour to resolve the matter but if you remain dissatisfied you must write to us within 14 days of the end of your holiday. A failure to notify us during the holiday may mean that we will be unable to resolve the dispute after you return home.
There are occasional power cuts in Italy but they are occasional and short lived. Candles are provided in the villa if needed.
