The two adjacent apartments make it possible for you to enjoy your holiday with friends and family, but at the same provides everyone with their own private space.
Casa Julia stands on a hill with 360 degrees of unspoilt views over the rolling landscape of Le Marche - on clear days you can see the Adriatic Sea. This perfectly reconditioned country house has a well-maintained garden and a swimming pool with Roman steps.
Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen vor allem die große Fläche die uns in Garten und Haus zur Verfügung stand! Die Abendstimmung wird uns wohl noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die wirklich grosszügige Ausstattung der Küche und der Grillmöglichkeit. Die Tipps in Eurer Broschüre zu den umliegenden Orten haben sich auch als sehr nützlich erwiesen hier sei auf einen neuen Supermercato in Grotaccia hingewiesen.
Der Pool hat sich natürlich in den heissen Wochen als Mittelpunkt erwiesen.
We have very much enjoyed the two weeks, especially the large space in the garden and house! The evenings will long remain in our memory. I would like to point out the extensive kitchen equipment and the barbecue. The tips in your brochure to the surrounding villages proved very useful especially the new Supermarket in Grotaccia.
The pool of course was the centre attraction during the hot weeks.

Casa Julia ist wunderschön gelegen, mit einer prächtigen Aussicht auf grüne Hügel und Sonnenblumenfelder. Wir waren eine Gruppe aus Familie und Freunden zwischen 18 und 80 und haben unseren Aufenthalt im komfortablen, gut eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen, es ist gross genug, damit man zusammen sein kann, gibt aber auch jedem die Möglichkeit, sich zurückzuziehen. Der Garten ist ideal für Spiele wie Fussball und Federball, und obwohl der Pool ist gross genug zum schwimmen. Wir haben sehr glückliche zwei Wochen in der Casa Julia verbracht!
Casa Julia is beautifully located with lovely views over green hills and sunflower fields. As a group of family and friends between 18 and 80, we enjoyed our stay in the comfortable, well equipped house, which offers enough space to be together but also to have your own privacy. The garden is ideal for outdoor games like soccer and badminton, and the pool is large enough for swimming. We spent a very happy fortnight at Casa Julia!

Unser Urlaub war toll. Das Haus ist sehr schön geräumig und die Küche mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, als ein Ort zur Entspannung.
Our holiday was great. The house is very beautiful and the spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The location is fantastic; a peaceful place to relax.

Casa Julia is available for holiday lets the whole year round. The main house can accommodate up to six people, with three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two adjacent apartments each can accommodate two people, and have their own bathroom and kitchen area. Outside there is an 10 metre swimming pool with shaded and sun terraces.
